The restaurant was very bad. There was no kettle in the room for hot water. They don't profile split AC. Ac is very very bad

My stay was very good and comfortable. The hotel staff was good. I like the environment of the hotel and also the maintainance. Our room was very clean. There was no dust our any other unnecessary thing. I liked the room and stay very much. I am very happy with stay.

Staff is not supportive they charged me extra for early checkin even lots of room were available, cleanliness wise room and washroom were not upto the mark

Ocation: 5 min walk to railway station. Food: served stale food in breakfast. Amenities: poor for a 4 or 3 star hotel. Service: pathetic, no towel initially placed, no dental kit available, ac leakage issues, haven't placed kettle in any rooms

Room allotted inferior, booked for executive room, allotted double bed deluxe instead of executive. Geyser was centrally controlled, hence found not working at dawn and early morning. Food were average and heavily spiced. Room service was not available at night specially after 10. 00 pm. Towels were not properly cleaned and old
